How do I go about getting a mammogram or beast screening? I live in Galveston County and just turned 40 years old. I have no insurance and have a lump.

I'm only 18 but have multiple symptoms of breast cancer, I don't know what to do because all of these programs are for older people, my symptoms include, vainy breasts, the "orange peel skin", and big lumpy lemon sized clumps in both of them. I don't have money or insurance and I need to make sure I'm alright. I don't know any family history. And have no family to help me
