How do I qualify for a free breast exam? I am 59 yrs. old and am retired with no insurance. I recently went back to work but am only allowed to work a certain amount of hours a month. And it is not enough to qualify for insurance. I cannot afford to pay for the required insurance (Obamacare) and I only went back to work because I do not have enough money to make it month to month with food and I have not bought new clothes in over 8 years.
