This location participates in The BCCP provides access to FREE breast and cervical cancer screenings, diagnostic testing, and treatment for underserved and underinsured women who qualify for services. Through the BCCP, female Indiana residents may qualify for free breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic tests.The Indiana Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) is the Hoosier implementation of the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP).The NBCCEDP is the first and only national cancer screening program in the United States.The NBCCEDP functions through cooperative agreements with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and territorial health departments, tribes, and organizations.The NBCCEDP currently serves women in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, five territories, and twelve tribes. The BCCP receives funds from both the NBCCEDP and from the State of Indiana and serves between 6,000 and 7,000 women annually.

Yes, Must be Indiana resident only.

Is there an insurance restriction?
Yes. Must be insured with unmet deductible or insured with unmet deductible.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Must be 30-49 years of age (for office visit, clinical breast exam, and Pap smear),50-64 years of age (for office visit, clinical breast exam, Pap smear, and mammogram),65 years of age and older if not enrolled in Medicare Part B.

Is there an income restriction?
Yes. Must at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (see income guidelines in the table below)

What are the service provided by this program?
Services offered are: Colposcopies (with or without biopsies),Liquid-based cytology tests,High risk panel HPV testing,Office visits,Pelvic exams/tests,Clinical breast exams (CBEs),Mammograms (screening and diagnostic),Diagnostic breast ultrasounds,Breast biopsies,and Consultations.
