Clinical breast exams every other year performed by a nurse or physician for women ages 40 to 64Screening mammograms every other year for women at average risk age 40-64.
Limited services are available for uninsured women at high risk under age 40; for information call the toll-free number 1-877-277-1368.

Women 21 to 64 years old for cervical cancer screenings.Women 40 to 64 years old for breast cancer screenings.

Enrollment takes five to ten minutes. To start, call 877-277-1368. If you qualify you will receive an enrollment number and be referred to a health care provider. Your enrollment number is good for six months. Keep it in a safe place and remember to share it with your provider at the time you make your appointment.Services
