The program is to significantly increase the number of women who receive breast and cervical cancer screening, diagnostic and treatment referral services.

How to be eligible for this program?

• Must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
• Must be 40 to 64 for Mammograms, 21 to 64 for Pap Tests, and 30-64 for CVD.
• Must have no health insurance* or have a high insurance deductible ($1,000 or more).
• Women 65+ who are not enrolled in Medicare Part B may be eligible to receive CBCCEDP services.

Office Visits, Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms, Breast Biopsies, Breast Ultrasounds, Fine Needle Aspirations, Pap Tests, Colposcopies and Colposcopy-Directed Biopsies, LEEP, Surgical Consultations, Clinical Breast Exams
