What is the eligibility guidelines?

Are age 30 years or older Do not have Medicare Part B or full New Mexico Medicaid Live at or below 250% of the federal poverty level (See income chart below) Have little or no health insurance Are a woman (including a transgender woman), a transgender man, a gender non-binary person, an intersex person
