How to be eligible women for Women's Wellness Connection and WISEWOMAN free screenings?
Must live in Colorado or a bordering state. Must legal U.S. residents. Must be at least 40 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for breast cancer screenings). Must be at least 30 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for heart exams). Must be at least 21 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for cervical cancer screenings). Must have limited or no health insurance to pay for these screenings. Must have an income of no more than 2.5 times the Federal Poverty Level.
