How to be eligible women for Women's Wellness Connection and WISEWOMAN free screenings?

  • Must live in Colorado or a bordering state.
  • Must legal U.S.
  • residents.
  • Must be at least 40 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for breast cancer screenings).
  • Must be at least 30 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for heart exams).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for cervical cancer screenings).
  • Must have limited or no health insurance to pay for these screenings.
  • Must have an income of no more than 2.5 times the Federal Poverty Level.
