Yes, To enroll in the BCCCNP, women must meet the criteria specific to the program component providing the service.

Who is eligible for this program?

  • Women may participate in one or more of the three Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Navigation Program (BCCCNP) components based on their eligibility.
  • Requirements related to income and insurance status are the same as in prior years, but some differences between program components do exist.

What are the guidelines?

  • A.BCCCNP Program Components: Caseload Navigation Medicaid Treatment Act.
  • Agency reimbursement for program services is based on all of the following: Clients meeting current eligibility requirements Program fiscal year funding Client receipt of services.
  • For the Caseload component of the program, enrollment priority should be given to the following two groups: Women age 50 and older for breast cancer screenings (mammograms) and Women age 21 64 who have NEVER had a Pap test.
