- Please call for information, Has insurance that doesn't cover Pap tests and/or mammograms or can't afford to pay her deductible or copayments, or doesn't have insurance, Is not enrolled in or eligible for Medicaid or Medicare Part B.
- Is 65 or older and is not eligible for Medicare or cannot afford Medicare Part B.
- Is age 21 through 39, has breast symptoms (lump), or is due for a Pap test or needs breast or cervical diagnostic procedures.

Women's Way is a federally-funded breast and cervical cancer screening program that provides a way to pay for most breast and cervical cancer screenings. Women see their own doctor or nurse practitioner for the exam.Eligibility
Lives in North DakotaIs age 40 through 64
Does not have insurance or has insurance that does not cover Pap tests and/or mammograms or cannot afford to pay deductible or co-payment
Is not enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare Part B
Is age 21 through 39, and:
has breast symptoms (lump) or is due for a Pap test (or have not had a Pap test in the last 3 years )
needs breast and cervical diagnostic procedures

If you meet the age and income guidelines listed here, you may call our office to have an enrollment form sent to you, and drop off or mail to 500 East Front Ave., Bismarck ND 58504.
