-Women aged 40-64, screen every other year -Women age 40-64 with breast complaints -Women age 40-64 (High Risk), screen every year -Women under age 40 (Very high breast cancer risk ONLY) -Women age 65 and older with no insurance or Medicare Part A only.

Is there an income restriction?
Yes. Women who have an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines - 2018 Income Eligibility Guidelines

Do I need to have insurance to be eligible?
No. Women without insurance or who are underinsured are eligible.

What does it mean to have very high breast cancer risk?
If you have one or any of the following: -Personal history of breast cancer -Breast mass AND one of the following: *First degree relative with breast cancer *Bloody nipple discharge expressed by provider

What increases the chance to detect the disease early?
Getting screened for cancer, when it is most likely to be curable.

Who maintains the screening recommendations and guidelines for early detection of cancer?
The American Cancer Society.
