Screenings include clinical breast exams, Pap tests, pelvic exams, mammograms and cardiovascular tests like blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI) and heart tests.
Is there a residency restriction?
Yes. Must be residing in Colorado or a bordering state and are legal U.S. residents.
What are the age eligibility requirement?
1. Are at least 30 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for heart exams). 2. Are at least 21 years of age but less than 65 years of age (for cervical cancer screenings).
What if I have insurance?
You should have limited or no health insurance to pay for these screenings to be eligible.
What is their income restriction?
You must have an income of no more than 2.5 times the Federal Poverty Level.
What is their operating hours?
Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday Between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on Tuesday Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Friday
