They offer a free breast and cervical cancer early detection program of the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

What are their services?

Clinical breast examination, mammogram, Pap and HPV tests, follow-up diagnostic tests for an abnormal screening result.

How to be eligible on their program?

  • Must be a woman who lives in Pennsylvania.
  • For breast screening and diagnostics women, it should be 40 to 64 years old.
  • Cervical screening and diagnostics for women under 21 to 64 years old.
  • Younger women if they have symptoms. 65 years or older might be eligible and doesn't have Medicare Part B.
  • Women under 40 who have been assessed by their health care provider to be at high risk for breast cancer may be eligible for HealthyWoman services.
  • High risk includes genetic mutations, family history, and some other factors.
  • Transgender individuals may also be eligible.
  • A family's gross household income is at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty annual guideline.
  • Insurance status must be uninsured or underinsured.
