It provides payment for cancer screening tests to qualified Delaware adults.

What are the services they offer?
Mammograms and clinical breast exams, Pap tests, Prostate and Colorectal cancer screening tests recommended by your doctor. Lung cancer screening tests, if recommended by your doctor and you meet the criteria. Health education and help with coordinating associated care.

How to be eligible on their program?
You must be a resident of Delaware. Have health insurance that doesn't cover screenings. Are aged 18 to 64 years old and not eligibile for Medicaid. Are age 65 or older and do not qualify for Medicare. Are not eligible for health insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace. Has a household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. A household consists of the individual, their spouse, and all dependent children under 18 years of age. With an annual household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for Screening for Life if they are deemed ineligible for Medicaid.

For uninsured, you must not have medical insurance nor private HMO, not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, not eligible for health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace, For underinsured, you must unmet deductible which is deductible must be more than 15% of annual income, insurance should not cover breast, cervical, colorectal, lung, and prostate screenings.
