About Public Health Delta-Menominee Counties

This is a participating office/location/provider for the Michigan's Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (BCCCNP), Free Pap Tests & Mammograms. To enroll in the BCCCNP, women must meet the criteria specific to the program component providing the service. Women may participate in one or more of the three Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Navigation Program (BCCCNP) components based on their eligbility. Requirements related to income and insurance status are the same as in prior years, but some differences between program components do exist. This document provides guidelines for enrolling women in the program. A.BCCCNP Program Components: 1.Caseload 2.Navigation 3.Medicaid Treatment Act B.Agency reimbursement for program services is based on all of the following: 1.Clients meeting current eligibility requirements 2.Program fiscal year funding 3.Client receipt of services C.Priority enrollment. For the Caseload component of the program, enrollment priority should be given to the following two groups: 1.Women age 50 and older for breast cancer screenings (mammograms) and 2.Women age 21 64 who have NEVER had a Pap test
