What are the guidelines?
Women are age 30 years or older, Do not have Medicare Part B or full New Mexico Medicaid, Live at or below 250% of the federal poverty level (See income chart below), Have little or no health insurance, Are a woman (including a transgender woman), a transgender man, a gender non-binary person, an intersex person.
